What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request 4 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the slot to another client.
How do you handle pets while cleaning?
As a pet lover with my own Sassy and chickens, I understand the importance of your furry and feathered family members! We are very comfortable working around pets and will take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety and comfort during our visit. Please let us know if your pet has any specific needs or anxieties.
How do you handle entry/keys if the client isn't home?
We can arrange for key pickup, a lockbox code, or an alternative secure entry method. Your security and convenience are our top priorities, and we'll discuss the best option with you during booking.
What is included in a standard clean versus a deep clean?
A standard clean covers routine tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom/kitchen surface cleaning. A deep clean includes all of this plus more detailed tasks such as baseboards, interior window cleaning, and detailed appliance cleaning. We can provide a comprehensive checklist for both services upon request.
Do you offer move-in/move-out services?
Yes, we specialize in thorough move-in/move-out cleaning services to ensure your new or old home is spotless. These services are typically more comprehensive than a deep clean to prepare the space for its next occupants.
Do you provide your own supplies or use the client's?
We typically bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific preferences or products you'd like us to use, we are happy to accommodate.
